The Prime Minister invited the cast of Love Island Malta to have lunch with his daughter

I can’t even make these things up as Robert Abela writes his own satire. Apparently, Robert Abela (Malta’s Prime Minister, by the way), invited the cast of the state-sponsored TV programme, Love Island Malta to have lunch with his daughter and his wife. The lunch seems to have taken place at the Girgenti Palace – a property owned by the state which is used by the Prime Minister to host official events.

I’m sure they think it’s all fun and games, and it’s true. It’s all fun and games with a little bit of abuse of power here and there and it’s all very harmless. But that’s the problem, that for Robert Abela governing the country is all fun and games and he is not a serious person.

  1. Incredible what bottomless depths would a Prime Minister go! It has become very clear by now, that Abela lacks the necessary depth to be the Prime Minister this country desperately needs. Why is it so difficult for Abela to realise, that he is elected to serve the country, and not to be served by the country.

Robert Abela keeps playing games and theatre, hoping that all this bad stuff will eventually go away. It won’t.

  2. Can you imagine the contestants of Love Island UK going into 10 Downing Street or Chequers to meet with an underage daughter of the British PM who shouldn’t even be watching Love Island?

    • They just don’t have a clue ,as the saying goes you can take the man out of the getto but you can’t take the getto out of them.
