Assad and Russia bomb Idlib with white phosphorus bombs

Idlib, a city in the North-West of Syria has today been bombed with outlawed white-phosphorus bombs by the Syrian and Russian forces. Idlib has been bombed and shelled on daily basis ever since late December of last year.

More than 1,000 Syrian civilians were killed last year in Syria by Assad’s and Russian forces, and North-Western Syria which is under Turkish-allied rebel control suffered more than 1,000 attacks many on schools, hospitals, markets, and civilian infrastructure.
