€20,000 for Marigold Foundation and €5,000 for an arts event

Joseph Cuschieri and Charlon Gouder

Will the newly appointed Project Green Executive Chairman, Joseph Cuschieri be using taxpayer money to fork out donations to the Marigold Foundation, just like he did when he headed the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Malta Gaming Authority? Apparently, Joseph Cuschieri’s lawyer, is Charlon Gouder, with whom he has a good working relationship, according to official government correspondence.
