Following in the footsteps of his brother in-law

Albert Zerafa

Albert Zerafa seems to be following in the footsteps of his brother-in-law having turned a house in Żejtun into a block of apartments. The development application was submitted by his wife, Valentina Lattughi. If they sold each unit for around €250,000, they would have made around €2.5 million in revenues.

Both of them have government briefs. Albert Zerafa, apart from providing his services to Christian Borg, is the lawyer for the San Ġwann Local Council and secretary to the government board of the Malta Government Technology Investments Limited. Valentina Lattughi works for the government-appointed industrial tribunal.
