Sharon Penza, an OPM employee and daughter of Labour donor and contractor, Carmelo Penza, visited Alfred Sant’s house while OHSA officials were present after a worker was injured during construction works. The contractor doing the construction work was Carmelo Penza.
The Building and Construction Authority visited the site after the accident and issued an order to stop all the works after it was found that the works were being done without a permit.
