Kurt Buhagiar was already involved in a construction site collapse before he was granted public land

Kurt Buhagiar, the corrupt contractor and Labour Party activist who is currently being charged with the involuntary death of one of his workers was already involved in a construction site collapse before he was given public land to build an irregular factory.

The incident involved a block of apartments being worked on by Giovanni Scolaro and Kurt Buhagiar – Giovanni Scolaro is Kurt Buhagiar’s business partner and he was also involved in another construction site collapse in Guardamangia.

Kurt Buhagiar was awarded public land on which the construction site collapsed and killed Jean-Paul Sofia.
