Apocalyptic scenes from Libya

Up to 10,000 people are still missing and 3,000 dead reported so far in Libya after Storm Daniel hit the Eastern parts of the country. This event is catastrophic and another reason why we should panic about climate change and start acting about it. Is the Maltese government drawing a risk assessment and mitigation plan for climate change?

The scenes in Libya are apocalyptic and I hope the Maltese government is doing its best efforts to provide aid and support.
