Capo Crudo shouldn’t even have an MTA permit given its development illegalities

This is just a small detail in what is a very big story about Keith Seychell who is, potentially, a money front for Joseph Muscat’s criminal group of friends.

Apparently, many of the works and construction developments at the Marsamxett restaurant including its canopy have been made without the necessary planning permits, and they were not even sanctioned. The Malta Tourism Authority is doing official business with this restaurant.

Here are the applications for the sanctioning of illegal works.
