Igor Girkin would have been better off if he handed himself to an EU jurisdiction so as to be indicted in the Hague for his downing of the Malaysian Airlines MH17 flight, instead, he may probably end up serving the rest of his life in a Russian prison.
I postponed my coverage of foreign affairs due to the current constitutional crisis in Malta but will get back to writing on foreign events soon.
