  1. Halfway through the video, there is also the reaction of the prime minister, which is just as important to point out. Stony, cold, shocking beyond belief. And, yet, not a single Labour MP, not even a backbencher with little to lose, had the courage to speak up or vote against the government.

This is not how parliament is supposed to work. What a difference from the UK, where the government has had to face several backbench rebellions from its own MPs in recent years, related to scandals and policies.

  2. Dan genn nghidlu. Anke min naha ta politika u percezjoni ma tghamel l ebda sens.

Ha niprova nirraguna kif jirragina egojist tal PL ghall fini tal punt li rrid nghamel. Ma nghidlomx Laburisti dawn ghax lanqas biss joqodu fejn saqsjn socjalist.

Il PN fil gvern ghamlu hafna nkjesti illi kien hemm ovjament it tahwid u hargu jidru jfuhu. Jigifieri ara vera Robert Abela injorant u nkompetenti biex lanqas kapaci jafda in nies ta madwaru

      • Dan ghax semmejtlek il PN? Jaqq min m ohhu mghaluq u minghalih li billi tnaqqas l ghazla ha timxi l quddiem. Wasalna fl istat li ahna fih ghax il PN u l MLP/PL dejjem hadmu biex johonqu l pluralismu.

  3. Unbelievable. The ruthlessness of our law makers – puppets who are pawns in the hands of a criminal cabal. There goes Malta. To the dogs. This should have never come to this if our leaders have the common good at heart. I am not interested in this family’s political beliefs. I am interested in their plight. It is a plight which has an underlying source. One which has brought and is bringing pain to many others. It also fills me with hope that in these dreadful times we have persons with a spine to take the fight. Keep being resilient. This family is becoming the voice of many who suffer in silence. Labour has lost the plot but not its grip on the nation. The people have to see to that.

  4. Mark, it is important to point out to your readers that a Prime Minister cannot vow to publish a Magisterial Inquiry as the executive (government) is separate from the judiciary for obvious reasons but the interviewer of Maltatoday ingeniously did not call out the lier because the interview was PR exercise organized by Castille and Balzan obliged. Therefore the question remains, if he RA claims that he can publish Inquiries, is there really separation?
