Neil Agius, the Maltese world-record-breaking long-distance swimmer, has cut short his latest record-breaking swim after he was stung at least sixty times by jellyfish as soon as he started his swim.
It’s sad to have your plans foiled by external factors that you have no control over. Neil Agius is a breath of fresh air in Malta as he is one of the very few individuals who are currently making us Maltese proud apart from giving us a very good name.
