What is he even talking about? Chris Bonnett the Minister for EU Funds can’t even articulate and explain well the schemes that supposedly he is responsible for.
It’s all about them, doing press conferences and showing their faces in public. It’s all so very empty and narcissistic. I could not understand anything about what these funds are for and how can they be used, but I got the point that Chris Bonnett was there and is asking for some acknowledgment that he exists.
