Factually, the report by the Data Information Protection Office is incorrect. We know who is the magistrate that is in contact with Prime Minister Robert Abela, and that is Magistrate Donatella Frendo Dimech and she communicated with the Prime Minister via Whatsapp. We know this because she herself bragged about this to many of her colleagues and the lawyers she speaks to in court (irregularly).
