The Broadcasting Authority says reporting on NuxellinaLeaks was in the public interest

The Broadcasting Authority has just argued that reporting on the contents of the chats between Rosianne Cutajar and Yorgen Fenech was in the public interest. This is the first official decision by an independent and public entity that basically, justifies the publication of these chats irrespective of the court order.
