Joel Caruana, or Joel C as he used to be known during his sex-offender phase, is in the trailer-truck renting business, and the Labour Party seems to be one of his clients. He is also leaving his trailers lying around at night in Tarxien because apparently he hasn’t anywhere to store them.
Seems like Joel C didn’t do as well in the criminal industry as much as Christian Borg, so much so that his ex-girlfriend, Monique Mizzi, left him for the latter.
