So, today, Yorgen Fenech has sent me a letter via the Data Commissioner saying I have hurt his feelings by publishing his chats with Rosianne Cutajar. He also says that he is stressed and in anguish. Miskin. As far as I understand and what my lawyers tell me, Yorgen Fenech has opened a case with the Data Commissioner over the publication of his chats with Rosianne Cutajar.
He also says something interesting, that the chats have no relationship whatsoever to the case of Daphne Caruana Galizia. It is interesting to me that he wants to make sure that he outlines this statement.
The case will go in front of a tribunal presided by lawyer Anna Mallia who also happens to be one of Yorgen Fenech’s lawyers. Anna Mallia is very vocal in her support of the Labour Party and its criminal associates and she is also an occasional guest on Labour’s TV station. I have no idea how a Labour Party mouthpiece like her still peddles Labour Party propaganda, defends Yorgen Fenech in court, and all the while presides over a court tribunal. It’s totally mind-blowing, but somehow the Labour Party manages to do these things.
