So, Rosianne Cutajar intends to continue with her libel case against me despite the fact that I have published proof that she was bribed by Yorgen Fenech while also being in an intimate relationship with him during the same time that Yorgen Fenech was being investigated for the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.
Opening this libel case against me has already cost her her political career. Now, she is doubling down and risking her freedom.
When your bet goes horribly wrong, you have to take a step back and assess the situation and eventually have to conclude that you need to get out of your position. This is not what Rosianne is doing. Rosianne is doubling down trying to win her libel case, but if she loses her libel case, Rosianne Cutajar will be inevitably condemned to a criminal investigation and a criminal indictment.
Rosianne Cutajar is libelling me for declaring she had an intimate relationship with Yorgen Fenech but she is also libelling me for saying that she was also bribed by Yorgen Fenech. So, if the court finds out that I have written nothing libellous, any police inaction over her corruption would be interpreted as a willing failure to execute justice.
