Malta has a nightmarish problem of lack of public spaces and the Minister for Energy, Miriam Dalli has implemented a genius idea to exacerbate the claustrophobia and the madness by placing big recycling machines all over the country on pavements, open spaces and whatnot. Interestingly enough, this scheme was also covered by the Chinese state media agency, Xinhua.
