Government ministers and MPs are obliged to send all their press solicitations and PRs prior to publishing to Aleander Balzan, the chief propagandist of Robert Abela.

Some of the ministers don’t actually respect this rule to the book leading to often awkward questions by Aleander himself.

There has never been a Prime Minister so paranoid and so self-obsessed. Not even Joseph Muscat was this paranoid and his worries and fears were much much worse (reasonably so).
