Thugs associated with Labour Party politicians invade public spaces like beaches and squat them and appropriate them. They turn them into businesses until they become as big as to be able to pretend they are legitimate businesses. This is what happened to Comino and the model is being replicated practically in any nook of the country which is still publicly accessible for free.
