Alice Bugeja Said, the new Minister for Animals and Fisheries has been asked whether she thinks she has a conflict of interest that her political campaign was funded by an industry that she now supposedly regulates. She didn’t reply to the question – that’s a standard procedure for the government, today, not to reply to questions. Instead, she said that we should judge her by her work.

We are judging you by your work Alice, and it’s fraudulent. This is why we think you are unfit for purpose.
