Robert Abela lied about his payments

When Robert Abela was asked why he was paid at least €17,000 a month for doing legal work at the Planning Authority that it now does inhouse, Robert Abela said that he was paid so much because he worked extra and long hours throughout the weekend. He lied.

Robert Abela was paid an additional €80,000 on top of his €17,000 a month for his extra hours.

Can he get more brazenly and openly deceitful over his corruption? This is the man who wants to be our Prime Minister we are talking about. He’s more like a corrupt criminal lawyer who services village criminals rather than a statesman.
